As a professional in investment bank and asset management, Bai Mingguo has earned a reputation in Asian and Middle Eastern markets, in terms of his rich experience, extensive industry resources and brilliant records in key business fields such as commodity trading, contracts for differences, derivatives and ect.
He is also a partner of his royal highness Sheikh Zayed, a member of the royal family of Abu Dhabi, and an adviser to his Highness's office, once served as the chief financial adviser of the UAE monarch company, the special adviser of the Saudi national defense technology corporation, the executive director of Alvor Switzerland, the bond issuance consultant of the listed company Brooge and the aviation industry of Kazakhstan, and the consultant of UPP real estate; In addition, he has participated in the debt issuance project of Israel energy company Delekdrilling and the bond issuance project of Dubai listed company.
In 2017, Bai Mingguo established World Credit Savings (WCS) in ADGM, an international financial center in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE, and served as CEO. The company's business was licensed by the UAE FSRA (Financial Services Regulatory Authority). At the same time, he also served as an independent director of WCS Japan and the executive director of World Credit Solution. He has successively participated in the compliance construction of dozens of trading platforms such as ATFX, CAPEX, Finior Capital, and served as a non-executive director on some of them. Under his efforts, WCS obtained the first license of digital asset exchange in the Middle East issued by the FSRA.
