FAQ
Q: Why does it show "In Process" after initiating a transfer?
A: Some transfers may trigger platform risk controls, which could lead to manual review. Transfers under review will enter a manual review list for processing. Please be assured that your assets are safe, and kindly wait patiently. If there are no issues, the transfer will be completed promptly.
Q: Why did my funds disappear after initiating a transfer?
A: You can check the transfer records to see if the initiated transfer is still "In Process." If it's still in process, there's no need to worry. Once the review is complete, you'll be able to see your assets in the corresponding account.
Q: Solution for Account Freezing Issues:
1. Asset Account Freezing:
- Check if there are pending withdrawals. Withdrawals under review will temporarily freeze assets until the review is complete.
2. P2P Account Freezing:
- Check for incomplete sell orders. Uncompleted sell orders will result in freezing of assets.
- Check if you have a merchant identity and if there are any advertisements to sell USDT. Posting such advertisements will freeze corresponding assets. Deleting the advertisement will resolve this.
3. Spot Account Freezing:
- Check for incomplete open orders. Uncompleted orders will freeze corresponding assets. Completing or cancelling the orders will resolve this.
4. Futures Account Freezing:
- Check for open positions or open orders. Having open positions or orders will freeze corresponding assets. Closing positions or cancelling orders will resolve this.
