- CoinW is only used as a platform for you to obtain digital asset information, find trading parties, negotiate and trade digital assets and derivatives transactions, and CoinW does not participate in any of your transactions, so you should carefully judge and determine the relevant digital assets and/or information on your own authenticity, legality and effectiveness, and bear the losses and responsibilities arising therefrom.
- CoinW does not provide any opinions or suggestions related to your transactions, and any decision to use our products or services is yours to make. Any opinions, news, discussions, analyses, prices, recommendations and other information provided by us are general market commentary and do not constitute investment advice. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your reliance on this information, including but not limited to any loss of profits and principal.
- CoinW is not your broker, intermediary, agent or advisor, and we have no fiduciary relationship or obligation to you.
- The content published on the CoinW website and mobile terminal will be changed at any time without prior notice. We have taken reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of the information on the website, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy, and we will not be responsible for any information published or failed. Losses arising directly or indirectly from delays or failures in linking to the Internet, transmitting or receiving any notifications and information.
- There are risks in using the trading system in the form of computer network, including but not limited to the failure of software, hardware and Internet links. Since we have no control over the reliability and availability of the Internet, we cannot be held responsible for network distortions, delays and link failures.
- We prohibit the use of CoinW services to engage in all illegal transactions or illegal activities such as money laundering, smuggling, commercial bribery, and terrorist financing. If any suspected illegal transactions or illegal acts are found, we will take various available methods, including but not limited to freezing account, notify the relevant authorities, etc., we do not assume all responsibilities arising therefrom and reserve the right to pursue responsibilities against relevant persons.
- We prohibit all unethical trading activities such as malicious manipulation of the market and improper transactions using CoinW services. If such incidents are found, we will take warnings, restrict transactions, and shut down all unethical behaviors such as maliciously manipulating prices and maliciously affecting the trading system. For preventive protection measures such as suspension of accounts, we do not assume all responsibilities arising therefrom and reserve the right to pursue responsibilities against relevant persons.
- CoinW strives to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries where we operate, so CoinW has decided not to provide services to users in the following countries. These countries include: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahamas, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Botswana, Burundi, China (Mainland), Cambodia, Canada, Congo, Crimea, Cuba, Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Japan, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon , Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Morocco, Nepal, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Qatar, Singapore, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United States, Venezuela, Yamen, Zimbabwe.
- Government or law enforcement authorities may request information from us to assist law enforcement in investigating, tracking, and preventing illegal activity. Our platform provides services only to law-abiding users. We expect you to act lawfully and legally on our platform.
- In order to reasonably prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, we will conduct user identification procedures for our users, including verifying the identity of individual and corporate users or conducting certain user due diligence for compliance reasons, and you should cooperate.
