1. Binding Your Email Address to Your Account
If you registered using your email, there's no need to bind your email separately. After successful registration, your email will be automatically bound. Below is the process to bind your account's email:
How to Binding Email Address to Your Account (Website)
- Login to the CoinW official website, click on the account icon in the top right corner, and then click on 【Account & Security】to enter the Security Center interface.
- Click on the 【Bind】button below to enter the binding interface.
How to Binding Email Address to Your Account (APP)
- Open the CoinW app, go to the homepage, click on the 【Account Icon】 in the top left corner.
- Click on [Security Center] - [Email], and click to enter the email binding interface.
- Verify your email account and enter the verification code to complete the binding process successfully.
Note:
If you receive a prompt saying "This email is already bound/registered," it means your email is already linked to another CoinW account. In this case, you need to use a different email that has not been previously associated with a CoinW account.
2. Changing Your Account Email - Able to Receive The Original Email Verification Code
If your currently bound email address still receives verification codes and is in working order, you can change it on the web or in the app by yourself.
For the specific steps of changing your email, you can refer to the instructions provided above for changing your account email.
On the web, you need to enter the Security Center to initiate the change.
In the app, you need to go to the homepage and click on the 【Account Icon】 in the top left corner. Then, click on 【Security Center】- 【Email】 to proceed with the email change.
When changing your email, you will need to verify the original email verification code, the new email, and the verification code for the new email.
If you encounter any conditions that you cannot verify, please consult our online customer service.
3. Changing Your Account Email - Unable to Receive The Original Email Verification Code
1. Please contact CoinW's customer service for assistance, and submit the following information to change your account email:
① UID
② Original email
③ New email
④ Photo of you holding the front of your ID card with a handwritten note
(Note content: I am applying to change the Coinw email for verification. Ensure that this account is operated by me. I am responsible for the authenticity of the document. Include your name, UID, and date and time in the note). Ensure that the ID card information and the handwritten note are clearly visible, without obscuring the face and arms.
⑤ If there are any OTC or deposit records in your account, please provide the corresponding bank card statements or a screen recording of the source of funds. Bank card statements should be in PDF format. For the source of funds, please provide a screen recording: Open the withdrawal platform app or website, locate the withdrawal record, and display the TXID, amount, and time of the withdrawal record.
2. Upon receiving your information, we will complete the modification for you within one working day. Please be patient.

1. Specify the exact time in the handwritten note (e.g., 20190601 10:30).
