No, you cannot modify your KYC information, i.e. legal name, nationality, after verification unless your legal information has been changed.
Q、What identification documents does CoinW accept?
CoinW will only accept documents issued by your country of origin that contain the following information: photo, name, date of birth, document number, date of issue. These include passports, ID cards, residence permits, and driver's licenses, among others; Student visas, work visas, or travel visas are not accepted.
Q、What proof-of-address documents does CoinW accept?
Proof of address documents accepted by CoinW include:
1、Proof of identity (national identity card, passport, driver's license or residence permit) with your full name and full residential address

In addition to proof of identity, the date of your proof of address must be within the last three months. Documents older than three months will be rejected.
CoinW does not accept the following types of documents as proof of address:

7、Handwritten purchase invoices/receipts

Q、When uploading proof of address, keep the following in mind:
1、Please make sure to upload proof of address with your residential address.
2、The address entered at the time of primary authentication is the same as the address in the proof of address.
3、Documents issued within the last 3 months.
4、The full name (including first and last name) on the address proof must match the name on the personal identity card.
5、The name on the proof of address is the same as the account owner's. If you live with your parents, please do not use your parents' bank statements or utility bills. Please be sure to use proof of address with your full name.
6、Proof of address should be clearly visible and should not be cropped.
7、Proof of address can be a printout of a photograph or a PDF in digital format, but photo reproductions or screenshots are not acceptable.
Q、What are the common causes of validation failures?
Here are some common reasons why validation may not be successful (not a complete list):
1.、Certificate authentication
The certificate must be a valid certificate, expired/invalid/non-personal cannot pass the certification;
The uploaded document must have all four corners fully exposed and cannot be missing;
It is recommended to put the certificate on a blank paper for taking a photo, and the photo of the document should not be reflective;
At present, the platform mainly supports the authentication of passports, ID cards, and driver's licenses (not supporting learning driver's licenses), and other documents cannot be authenticated for the time being;
Screenshots/scanned copies are not acceptable. Please upload the original documents and resubmit;
If the authentication fails due to unqualified certificates, you can re-upload the certificate or select another certificate to re-authenticate and submit it.
2.、ID photo
The current platform only supports the use of color photos, and black and white photos cannot guarantee certification;
The platform only supports the original photo, and does not support photocopies and scanned copies for the time being, please upload the photo of the original document;
Make sure that the content of the uploaded file and your face are clearly legible, the photo is not out of range, and there is good lighting around it;
If the certification fails due to unqualified photos, you can re-shoot and upload for certification;
3、 Face recognition
Face recognition requires a good surrounding lighting environment, and only you are covered in the picture, and multiple people cannot appear at the same time;
The face fits snugly in the guiding area as much as possible;
Facial recognition failed. Make sure to center your face in the frame;
4、The certificate is occupied
One identity can only be used to verify one account, if you have registered an account and completed the verification, please use that account to log in;
If you are not using the registered identity, please contact the online customer service in time to confirm and apply for cancellation of the account.
5、Network issues
